What is Forest Therapy?
Forest therapy is a slow, sensory walk through the forest where we focus on being present. We tune into how the forest engages our senses and appreciate the simple pleasures around us. Unlike hiking, where you’re focused on reaching a destination, forest bathing is about being in the moment and using our senses as the gateway to that experience.
